Privacy Policy

Last updated September 22, 2026. This is an English translation of the French policy, which prevails in case of doubt.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Romain Minetto, publisher of Mimo. Contact: support@mimopet.fr.

2. Data we process

Anonymous account (a technical identifier, no email required). Pet profiles: name, species, breed, sex, birthday, photo, portrait answers. Media: photos, videos and voice notes. Readings: sentences, emotions, intentions, gauges. Referrals: a 6-character code and the link between the two accounts. Purchases: handled by Apple; we never see your card number.

3. Why

To provide the service: read your pet, build the radar, the logbook, the clubs, the card. To remember your readings. To manage the subscription. Your videos are not used for advertising, are not used to train a Mimo model, and are never sold.

4. Videos, photos, voice notes

When you start an analysis, the file is stored in a private bucket. It is also sent to Google Gemini for the duration of the reading, then deleted on Google’s side. Mimo keeps it so you can review your history. You can delete everything from Profile.

5. Processors

Supabase (hosting). Google (Gemini model, only to generate the reading). Apple (device account, notifications, payments). Sentry (crash reports, never your videos).

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (GDPR). In the app: edit a pet, delete a reading, export your data, erase everything. For anything else: support@mimopet.fr. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority. We offer these rights to every user, wherever you live.

7. Minors

Mimo is for adults. If you are under 15, use the app only with a parent or legal guardian.
