Terms of Use

Last updated September 22, 2026. This is an English translation of the French terms, which prevail in case of doubt.

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to the Mimo mobile application (“the App”). By using Mimo, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Publisher

Mimo is published by Romain Minetto. Contact: support@mimopet.fr. The App is provided as is, for personal use.

3. What Mimo is

Mimo helps you read your dog’s or cat’s behavior: video, voice note, questions, personality radar, logbook, clubs and a shareable card. Mimo is not a veterinary service, a diagnosis or a treatment. If you have any doubt about your pet’s health, see a veterinarian.

4. Account

An anonymous account is created on your device to link your pets, media and readings. You are responsible for how the App is used on that device. You can invite another iPhone in your household or move the account to a new device with a QR code. You can export your data or delete the account from Profile.

5. Your content

The photos, videos, voice notes and text you send remain yours. You allow us to store them and to send them to a model (Google Gemini) only to produce the reading. After the reading, the file is deleted on Google’s side. It stays with Mimo as long as you keep the reading.

6. Automated readings

Readings are generated by an artificial intelligence model. They are indicative, sometimes imperfect, and do not replace your own observation or a professional. Mimo can be wrong.

7. Paid plan

Three video or voice readings are free. Then Mimo Premium unlocks unlimited analyses, questions, the radar, the logbook, the clubs and the card, at the price shown in the App Store for your country (in France: €7.90 per month or €49.90 per year). If a friend creates their pet’s profile with your code, you can subscribe to the referral plan (in France: €5 per month) for as long as the subscription stays active. It is a separate App Store subscription. Payment is handled by Apple (App Store).

8. Liability

Mimo is a behavior-reading tool. We are not responsible for the decisions you make based on a reading, within the limits allowed by French law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable solution (support@mimopet.fr), the competent French courts apply.
